I had the Monroe sectional done without tufted buttons because I was concerned about the level of softness. I couldn't have been more right on. It is firm but ridiculously comfortable. I love this couch, the craftsmanship is exceptional and don't even get me started on the customer support - best customer support I have ever received. They were timely, thoughtful and knowledgeable which made me super excited about my purchase. I went with the Chicago blue color and am really glad I did. It is beautiful, textured and unique. My couch is now the the accent piece in my room!

It was the metal legs that caught my eye. And they look amazing in person! The whole sofa is really really really comfortable and so much better than I expected. This is the first time I've spent this much money on a sofa and I'm really glad I did!

I am blown away by how beautiful and comfortable this sofa is! It's not one I would have normally considered but I saw the customer photo of it in the Mustard fabric and realized it would be perfect for my living room. I actually got mine in the Mustard fabric, too! And it looks just as good as it does in the photo. The side pillows are really soft and are great for leaning against while reading. My kids also love staring at their ipads while resting against them but that's a completely different story. I wish they had a bigger version of this sofa with a chaise so that I could replace our current giant sofa that I hate. If you're reading this Apt2B then please release a version like that!!! Delivery was smooth but the whole process did take closer to 6 weeks because the delivery company only came to my area every other week. We live in the middle of nowhere so I'm used to that!

never thought I'd be the type to order a sofa without sitting on it first. But the return policy seemed good so my wife and I gave it a shot. I'm not the easiest customer to please but I was immediately won over by this sofa. I knew right away that this sofa was the real deal and not a cheap knockoff. Believe me, I'm the more surprised than anyone that I bought a sofa online and ended up being happy with it. Will be looking at Apt 2 b in the future for other furniture

I'm not going to lie - I got this Nora because it reminded me of The Little Mermaid lol. It's my favorite movie of all time! I got it in the Cloud color and it's the exact same color as Ariel's fins which is exactly what I was going for!!! Even if the sofa had been uncomfortable I'd have still been happy with it because of that. But it's actually really really comfy! Little Mermaid obsession aside this sofa is so adorable and fun and pretty!

this sofa is really low to the ground. Like really low. I knew it was going to be low from the specs and from talking to their people on chat but I was still surprised. The sofa itself is great but make sure that you do want a sofa as low as this before you buy. I'm giving it 4 stars because it had a dirty hand print on it when it was delivered. I suspect it was one of the delivery guys. I was able to clean it up easily but it wasn't the best first impression
