We purchased this couch a few months ago in "Thunder", and have been loving it! It's very, very comfortable, easy to clean, and stain resistant. One caveat — the color I ordered was one that required 2-3 weeks for assembly and delivery. We ordered the couch on 4/8 and received it on 5/23, so a bit longer than I initially expected. I think this is because we live in the Midwest, so scheduled deliveries probably aren't as frequent. It was not a big deal, and we were in no rush, just something to be aware of if you are in more of a hurry. When it arrived, I noticed that the legs were darker in person than the swatch shown online, and the fabric seemed lighter. I panicked a bit, worrying that it wasn't the right sofa. After the delivery persons left (they were fast, careful, polite), I contacted customer service, and they were extremely understanding and accommodating of my first-world-problem unease (specifically Candace). They sent me fabric samples of every gray fabric to confirm what I ordered was correct (something I should have taken advantage of beforehand, duh), and looked into the leg stain issue. The fabric was correct. They determined that the legs I received did seem darker than the norm, and shipped me a new set. All this to say, don't hesitate to order online. The will not hesitate to make things right if you are not totally satisfied.

I had found a wonderful chair on a third-party re-sale app and wanted to make sure that it was actually Apt2B. The customer service representative chatting with me was so helpful and prompt - and we found out it was in fact one of their pieces from a couple years back! I love this brand and I'll definitely continue purchasing from Apt2B and looking out for their amazing items. Thanks!

This is such a great couch! We got the microfiber fabric because we have cats; it is really easy to clean up the hair. It's super comfortable and easily allows both my partner and I to lounge. Plus it is modern and beautifully made!

Looks good, the fabric seems quite durable, though a little rough. The cushions seems a little hard- hope it will soften with time. Wish the fold out mattress was a little thicker. The customer service was AMAZING- wish I could give them six stars.
