I was impressed with the prompt response I received from the customer service person to a question I had about available upholstery fabrics. They actually have more than are pictured on the web site, so I'm glad I asked. The Monroe sectional sofa is beautiful, well-built, and reasonably priced. I particularly like the fact that the seat cushions are firm as opposed to sofas that are so spongy, you have to climb out of them! Thanks, APT 2B, for creating such a hard-to-find, impressive product.

I love my new sofa! The color really adds so much to my room. It is made very well. A perfect firmness to the cushions. I found out that arm covers are available for an additional cost and ordered those which fit nicely.

We purchased this couch a few months ago in "Thunder", and have been loving it! It's very, very comfortable, easy to clean, and stain resistant. One caveat — the color I ordered was one that required 2-3 weeks for assembly and delivery. We ordered the couch on 4/8 and received it on 5/23, so a bit longer than I initially expected. I think this is because we live in the Midwest, so scheduled deliveries probably aren't as frequent. It was not a big deal, and we were in no rush, just something to be aware of if you are in more of a hurry. When it arrived, I noticed that the legs were darker in person than the swatch shown online, and the fabric seemed lighter. I panicked a bit, worrying that it wasn't the right sofa. After the delivery persons left (they were fast, careful, polite), I contacted customer service, and they were extremely understanding and accommodating of my first-world-problem unease (specifically Candace). They sent me fabric samples of every gray fabric to confirm what I ordered was correct (something I should have taken advantage of beforehand, duh), and looked into the leg stain issue. The fabric was correct. They determined that the legs I received did seem darker than the norm, and shipped me a new set. All this to say, don't hesitate to order online. The will not hesitate to make things right if you are not totally satisfied.
