Received our sleeper sofa. Earlier this morning and we are completely delighted with the quality, workmanship and style. I am a real stickler for quality and worksmanship and do not simply praise products that are mass marketed but these guys do it right, with professional, smart delivery people. The delivery people were very careful as bedroom for sofa was on 2nd floor near staircase with a narrow doorway. When we ordered the sofa, we requested not to have feet panel attached during manufacturing and it was done as requested. The delivery team, removed the door to the room, delivered sofa, assembled foot panel with electric tools and reinstalled the door. Provided the three guys with a well deserved tip!

I love the stand! It looks exactly like the picture and the color was just like I wanted!
My problem came with the assembly. I assume this is more an issue with the delivery company than Apt2b itself. When they assembled the furniture I did not realize until after they left that the magnetic closure for one of the cabinet doors was broken. I informed Apt2b customer service and they were very prompt at sending me a replacement part. The delivery service was supposed to come install it. An appointment was made and after me speaking with them several times, they never showed. I ended up installing it myself. They door still doesnt close as smoothly as I'd like, but I couldn't deal with the delivery customer service anymore.
Bottom line: The furniture is good, I was just unlucky with the people in charge of delivery.
