Love my new sectional! The color is perfect, it is supremely comfortable, and I love that it is reversible. Purchase and delivery experience was excellent and seamless. Ordered the sofa when I was out of town and Apt2b worked with me to have it delivered when I returned back to LA. Only issue is that the description stated Snowfall with Espresso legs and the image showed Espresso legs, but was delivered with Pecan legs. Other than that, 100% satisfied.

I'll start this by saying the delivery process could have been better, but I hate when product reviewers ding the rating of the product for something more related to the vendor, so I did not do that here. But I wanted to point this out from an experience stand point. As for the couch, I like it. Obviously buying something like this online means that there is only so much you can tell about a product via pictures. The color is accurate and the construction feels solid. So why 4 stars instead of 5? The fabric feels fine, but is bit thin, makes me worry about how long it will hold up. The bottom cushions are too thick and a bit too stiff for my liking. I feel like I am too far off the floor and sitting too high compared to my other furniture. One of the key aspects of modern/Mid Century design is minimal but high quality materials. These cushions are not as slim and elegant looking as I would have liked. Lastly, the couch is not very heavy. Though it feels stable/sturdy, the lightness of the materials is a quality concern, though more from a design "feel" perspective. This lack of weight also makes it a problem for wood floors. If you sit down quickly or lean back into the couch it can slide easily. You'll need rubber pads if you have wood floors. These are the things that take a star off the product for me. Overall, it looks pretty good, feels pretty good, and was priced pretty good. Thus 4 out of 5.

Got this couch to match an apt2b melrose sectional we purchased several years ago. The color matches really well. This sofa is really comfortable without being too deep or low.

I gave 4 stars because the sofa is firmer and has a larger profile than it appears. I’m hoping over time it settles and becomes more “squishy”, but the ordering, buying, delivery and set up were seamless, and it is a quality piece of furniture.

The movers came on time and set the sofa down in the right place. Opened it up to show me how the sleeper worked and from that moment on, it's been a slippery slope to stay awake as I sit and read. I start off, sitting up and soon find myself laying down, taking a nap. When I sit up again, there is no sigh of wrinkles or floppy pillows. I love the material, the color is right for our room, and the sofa pull out bed has already enticed my grandchildren to come back for more sleep-overs. I researched many pull-out sofa's and found this had everything. East to use, easy on the eye, easy to keep clean, and easy napping.
