It was totally worth it. The couch came yesterday and it's exactly what we need. It's very comfortable and seems to be well made. The entire process was easy and smooth. I opted to "decide later" on my fabric choice and I'm glad I did. I highly recommend that you order the samples ahead of time if you're not sure because they really do look different in person than they do on the website or just in pictures. Customer service responded promptly to my questions and the delivery service Apt2b uses is professional, prompt and courteous. Once I made my fabric selection, I'd say it took about 6 weeks to receive the sofa, which is half the time I would have waited if I custom-ordered something locally. I'd definitely purchase from Apt2b again and have already recommended it to friends.

*** This is not the swivel chair **** We made that mistake. However, the chair is super deep and comfortable and looks much more expensive than it is. You will want to add an accent pillow for when guests are over so they don't sink all the way back. My favorite thing is you can sit cross=legged inside the chair and work.
