I give this one 4 stars because I love the look! Loved the ordering and delivery process (although they were later than the time frame given). Customer Service was amazing! It looks so sharp!
Only thing, it is kinda hard. I waited to give a review to try to see how it breaks in but still kind of uncomfortable. I am someone who enjoys soft couches though. Visitors have said they thought it was comfortable and others agreed it was kind of hard. Bit too hard for the price. It has good depth to it though! Nice couch overall.

Overall, the couch looks great, I had the tufts removed from the bottom, like others recommended. Glad I did that, as the bottom cushion is still very firm. That's not a problem for us, we like a firm couch; however, it's so firm, that when you sit down on the chaise part, the cushion actually "kicks" up towards the bottom part of the long cushion. Since it's a removable cushion, and the ottoman is not attached, it flips up when you sit down and unless you put your feet straight out at all times, it lifts up a bit when just sitting there. Didn't think about that when I ordered it, and now am wishing I ordered one that is attached. I'm hoping this goes away over time, but for now, only 4 stars. I got the Performance Earth fabric, which, looks and feels great (given it's water resistant), anything dropped on it, just beads up. Very easy clean up.
