I am in love with this couch! I ordered this couch on a Monday and it was in my place the next week (and over a holiday weekend! I am local, so that probably helped). The customer service was great and one of the reasons I went with this company. That and it’s made in the USA! I got the couch in Silver, which is not in the drop down menu but was able to easily request it. Also they are quick to send swatches which was extremely helpful in choosing the right color & fabric! The delivery was super easy to arrange, they called 30 minutes before arrival and it came in 2 pieces. Legs were already attached so all I had to do was take off all the protective plastic and attach the two pieces with the alligator clip already included on both sides. Took me all of 30minutes max to get it completely set up and in place! I’m lounging on it now, and it’s on the firmer side but very comfortable and spacious. Overall I am very satisfied with everything! Thank you Apt2b!!

I bought the Logan in Baltic and it is amazing. I was super nervous about buying a couch from an online only store, but I'm glad I listened to some of the other reviewers and took the plunge! No regrets. At all. The color of the fabric is bright but not overwhelming, and it is the spark of color that I was looking for in my living room. The wait time for the shipping was a drag, but I don't think that APT2B has anything to do with that. It's the delivery company. I was delighted to get an email that my sectional was build and ready for shipment about a week after purchase, but then I had to wait 4 weeks for the delivery. Based off of other reviews though, I already expected that, so I was prepared to wait. It was well worth it. The couch is beautiful. It is sleek and modern and comfortable. A lot of reviewers say that the couch is firm, which I tend to like, but I actually expected it to be a lot firmer. My Logan is extremely comfortable. I think a better term for the "firmness" is supported. You don't sink into the couch (not what I was looking for), but the back cushions are way softer than expected. For purchasing a couch sight unseen, I am super satisfied and would highly recommend this couch. If you're on the fence and have reasonable expectations, you'll be delighted.

Absolutely love our new Harper Sofa. It’s so comfortable yet durable!!! And our favorite part is having only one seat cushion. No one gets stuck in the crack, both human and canine!
