I purchased the Monroe Loveseat for a client's NYC based WeWork office. It's a small space, but at 56" wide was the Moroe was the perfect fit. Color/fabric is great, quality exceeded expectations!

I'm happy with the Brentwood sofa, it is very comfortable, roomy, sturdy and surprisingly lightweight!
We chose the cobalt velvet upholstery and LOVE it, pet hair and lint wipe right with the palm of your hand it's kind of amazing. The cats are uninterested in scratching at this appolstery, I think because there is no weave and they cant get a satisfying scratch on it which is a relief. It is also easy to spot clean.
The only critique I have with the sofa is, I wish the wood around the bottom were a denser harder wood. The front right foot corners edge, which faces the most trafficked part of the room has already suffered a chip, from a shoe kicking it I assume. Its the only thing I would change.

I was between this one and a similar Joybird sofa. I've been very happy thus far. Cushions are comfortable and it's great for sprawling out. Fabric is also really easy to wipe up, always a plus!
