i couldn't be happier with my apt2b experience or purchase. i planned this purchase for a long time. there were multiple chat sessions and email threads devoted to order timing and delivery timing, a lot of odd stuff to navigate like closing dates and no doorman buildings. everyone i dealt with along the way was accommodating and warm and understanding. everything worked out perfectly. even the delivery guys were awesome. and now i have a midnight blue delilah love seat that i adore and i always tell people to go to apt2b for great furniture and a very human, heart-forward customer service experience. bravo, all!

The Brentwood is so comfortable. Perfect support for watching tv, chatting with friends or drinking wine. So comfy for napping! Big enough for 2, even 3 people to sprawl out and nap! Queen bed pullout hides away so easy! Love this couch.
