The velvet is super soft and the cushion is perfect! Not too firm and not too soft to where you sink in! It fits perfectly in my living room!
One thing to note is it did have a small tear in the fabric along one of the edges that looks like it was done in transit.

The couches look great and the delivery was easy. The pecan is darker than I expected given the website images, but the fabric color was exactly as the swatches and looks fab!

I was a little skeptical ordering a couch online, but the whole process was great and now I have a couch I love! Before ordering a couch I ordered the swatches. This allowed me to choose a fabric I liked. Once I did this I think I had my couch in less than 2 weeks. The couch is comfortable and fits my basement space just right. It seems very durable as well. It kind of has a new/vinyl smell, but I believe that will go away with time. I would definitely order from Apt22B again.
