Feels great to the touch and gives a much needed "pop" of color to the room. Works well with a range of traditional to eclectic decor.

We are reasonably happy with this sofa. We knew before purchasing that it was too deep to be anything but a feet-up couch - I am 5'4" and my husband 5'7", and neither of us can sit with feet on the floor. We like the footrests, although because of the depth of the seat, the knee bend is also too far away to be truly comfortable unless fully extended. The cushions are middle firm - not squishy and not hard - just as the comfort level is middle. The fabric could be a little nicer - it is a little rough, is often wrinkly after sitting, and, as others have noted, can pull easily. We live lightly and have had no problems, other than our occasionally crazy cat racing over it. I've been able to pull all the threads she loosened back into the weave with a little effort. All in all, we are pleased with this purchase. I don't think we could have gotten something better without spending a lot more money. I do expect it to hold up well for many years.

This was our first experience ordering a sofa online and it was great! The process was seamless and we were very happy with how the couch feels. We ordered the couch in velvet which has been amazing-so easy to clean cat hair off of! Overall, we couldn’t be happier!

What I love: the velvet is so soft that a friend's first remark was: go away, I just want to be naked on this. It's a very comfortable chaise, the construction feels solid and the density of the foam is just right. What I don't/didn't love: it looks a bit more squat than I was expecting, so I had an extra, removable inch added on for the legs on the carpet and more for the legs off the carpet. Woodworker had some extra cherry and I think it looks even better with the added inch. Delivery from west coast to east took a month. And the smell of the freshly unwrapped chaise was overwhelming. That said, I am very happy with my purchase - it is a hard corner to fill and I'd already ordered something from another manufacturer that I sent back because I couldn't get comfortable on it. I'm way comfortable on this (as is my dog) and would gladly buy from 2B again.

I have never ordered a large purchase such as a sofa before, so was nervous making this big purchase. My fears were quickly diminished by the great customer service. Had a couple of issues on delivery and was able get right through to a "real" person to help me. They followed-up with my issue and solved the problem satisfactorily and very promptly. Would not hesitate to order from Apt2B again. PS we LOVE our sofa! The quality is great. I can tell that this was an investment piece that we will have for many years to come! Thank you Apt2B.

This sofa is absolutely stunning. We ordered this in the Evergreen Velvet - it's true to color and the fabric is buttery soft. It rivals our previous West Elm sectional, and is by far more comfortable. I wish I would have spent a bit more for the memory foam. The innerspring mattress isn't terribly uncomfortable, but I think we'll need a mattress topper for our guests. We did a ton of research for pullout-sleeper sofas and none compare to the price, size, and quality. I'm so happy we found this one. It's exactly what we've been searching for!
