Sofa arrived into town two days after ordering but the "white glove" courier did not deliver for an additional week. I called and they said it was the only time they were coming to the area. FINE But then just one week after having the sofa, water (I swear only water) spilled on the sofa and it stained the cloth that sat there for over a week. I had to eventually have it dry-cleaned ($95 later) because the water stain refused to dry on its own after efforts of trying to dry outside etc. While I loved Apt2b and the comfort of the sofa.... the delivery service they hired and product they delivered was not a perfect 5 stars.

I LOVE MY NEW COUCH. IT'S BEAUTIFUL. REALLY BEAUTIFUL. AND THE FOLD OUT BED IS COMFORTABLE ENOUGH FOR A GUEST TO STAY A COUPLE OF NIGHTS. I'M THRILLED WITH IT.
