We swore we wouldn't sleep on our new couch - as to not wear it out too fast, but we can't help falling asleep on it! All of the cushions unzip so that you can wash the covers. The cushions all come off so you can have extra depth where and when you need it. The seats are simply two giant cushions so no one and nothing is falling in betwixt the cracks. The fabric is top notch. We adore it. Totally worth the splurge

Construction inpecible. Fabric choice perfect, just as described. Customer Service bar non! During delivery a small cut into arm top. Customer Service responded promptly and has kept us informed every step of the way to repair, providing an onsite technician to make the repair.

If anyone is looking to buy a new sofa, I highly recommend Apt2b. They have a wide selection of sofas and will happily send fabric swatches to you. I was skeptical to order a sofa online, as I had two bad experiences from other suppliers, but I am so happy with this purchase. It is sooo comfortable and the construction is terrific. The fabric is sturdy and thick. The Peacock Velvet is beautiful. It goes from peacock blue to varying shades of teal depending on lighting. The velvet is sooooo easy to clean. As a pet owner, that was important. Also, my cat has not attempted to scratch it at all. All stunning!
After you make your selections, online, the sofas are constructed, on premise, at their manufacturing site in California. Takes about 4-5 weeks for construction and delivery. Delivery was a breeze. Customer service is exemplary.

I purposely waited a few months to write a review to see how this would hold up and it’s awesome! Nine months of heavy use and no signs of wear. Spills clean easily and, for some reason, my cats don’t scratch this sofa like they have with any other piece of furniture I have ever had. There was a small spot on the seat when it was delivered. I think it was an honest mistake by the delivery people (who were great) since the sofa was wrapped up and boxed very well. I emailed Apt. 2B and got an immediate response on how to get the stain out. I emailed back a day later to let them know the advice worked perfectly but they had already sent me a replacement cushion cover for free, without me even asking. So cool!! Delivery was great, set it all up and took the packaging. I couldn’t be happier with the sofa, the ordering process, and the customer service. Thanks!!

Great service from Apt 2B. Would definitely order from them again. The couch looks just as pictured, but is very firm. I suspected that would be the case, but chose the look over comfort so make sure that's what you're in the market for
