First off, I LOVE my Melrose sofa sleeper from APT2B. It's just as beautiful in person and more comfortable than I could have ever imagined! But the customer service experience was even better. The day after ordering there was a promo online for 20%. They applied it to my order retroactively and gave me zero hassle. I will definitely order from APT2B again!

I usually do not write reviews, however, I am compelled to write one for apartment 2B. From the very beginning, my experience has been phenomenal. Between the assortment of colors, fabrics and couch choices there was really no need for me to look at any other manufacturer or retail shop. The service was impeccable, and even when I contemplated changing the color after the sofa had been put together, the customer service rep was incredibly understanding of my wavering and was accommodating On how they could best accommodate my needs. I decided to stay with my original choice See attached photo. I love it. I highly recommend, at least trying out Apt 2B before shopping at any of the large retail furniture stores.
