The bed is beautiful! Feels sturdy and soft to touch. And my bed does just fine under my weight (220lbs), so no creaking.
But the best part was the customer service. Had a delay due to snow and rain, but they quickly rescheduled me and they were even kind enough to offer white glove delivery.
They folks who put my bed together were professional and quick.

Placed my order, called 2 weeks later, was told roughly what day to expect delivery. So I ordered a Stearns and Foster mattress to be delivered around the day the bed would arrive. Got a call a couple of days before delivery, and received it within the 4 hour window I was told. Mattress arrived next day, and just like that, I had a beautiful and comfortable bed. King size, pumpkin fabric, expresso legs. And I couldn't be happier. I will soon be ordering a chair to match. Just need to narrow down my choices. Would highly recommend spending the extra money. Well worth what you'll get (looks and quality) for your money.

I've had my couch for a few weeks and can't get off it. I opt for the couch instead of my desk when I work from home. It's comfy and fits nicely in my house, and I plan on picking up some matching pieces down the road.
One caveat: I am 5'8" and I fit nicely on it, but it's pretty small for my 6'4" roommate. If you are a larger person (let's say 6' and above) you might want to look into larger options!

Couch delivery was just as promised and packaging came in very good condition. Couch in the Peacock Green velvet fabric looks fantastic. Couch was exactly as described and pictured. Couch is perfect size for our smaller sized home.
Very happy with our decision on this item!

I’ve had my couch now for a few weeks and it’s so great! If you are looking for a semi-modular sectional for an apartment or small living room, you can’t beat this. The seats are firm, yet bouncy. Word of warning: if you are over 6’ this sectional might be too small for you. My roommate is 6’ 4” and it’s funny how massive he looks sitting on it.

I used the sectional-maker to wind up with a perfect-sized L-shaped sofa for my oddly-sized corner. It arrived promptly and was super easy to put together (we couldn’t believe how quickly we were able to snap the bracket between the two halves together). The Eclipse Velvet is a gorgeous true navy, and the sofa is extremely comfortable; it looks and feels much more expensive than it was. My whole family loves it!
