Because the color is one of the less popular, I had to wait while the couch was built for me (super cool!). However, this gave me plenty of time to get super nervous about the fact that I ordered a BIG ORANGE COUCH. However, it arrived with the extremely convenient white glove delivery service, and I've absolutely never felt so strongly about a piece of furniture more! It's perfect!

First, the delivery process was great. Everything was right on time. The only issue was a couple of marks on the legs , but customer service rectified that immediately. The couch is so well made. It's super comfy, but not in the squish into it kind of way. It's a bit firmer/bouncier, which is exactly what I wanted. My husband and I are both tall people (6'1", 5'10") and we find the back height great. It hits around the shoulder blades, and the seat itself is pretty deep. It's big enough that we can both stretch out and nap at the same time. Truly beautiful. We'd buy this again in a heartbeat.
