Got this couch for my office/guest room. Love it as a couch, and our first house guest just used the bed and said she slept great on it. Plus the size is perfect -- it can sleep two, but has a very manageable footprint as a couch.

I had a big squishy leather couch, so when my Melrose arrived, i was a little disappointed in the firmness.
It is now breaking in a bit and suspect it will continue to do so.
The back pillows are very comfortable and do not slide, which is nice.
The color is a little muted but pretty(lavender velvet).
I love that I can change the chaise around.
My dogs have claimed the chaise portion as they love to lie near the edge next to my legs!!
It has a nice profile and my small living room looks so much larger
