Color: Moss with Pecan legs We are loving our Marco sleeper sectional. It has been 4 months now, the sofa has gotten a lot of use and so far so good. The cushions are firm but comfortable, they hold their shape well and don't move around a lot even without being sown down. The sofa can easily sit 4 adults without feeling crowded. We have used the pull out bed a few times and its very comfortable with the upgraded to the memory foam mattress. The delivery was on time and went smoothly, it was dropped off in our garage and we assembled in the room. We did have to remove to legs/base to fit it through the door. The screws were long and in there tightly by the end our forearms were sore but it was a straight forward process. I'm so glad the bases are removable!. A heads up though the sofa-bed side is very heavy so strength is needed to move it. For the color we ordered samples, the moss color is a green but pulls more taupe/grayish in the lighting of our space, which I wanted. Over all very happy with our purchase and would order from apt2b again.

I ended up replacing cushion fluff with 5-inch cushion foam. Cushions became thinner and somewhat more firm. Comfort went from 0 to 10 in instant. It is perfect now. In my opinion, it should have been done like this from the beginning.

Let me start by saying, we absolutely love our couch. The construction is sound, the upholstery is soft, and the cushions are supportive and comfortable. We wouldn't change anything about it. BUT we are having an issue with a small defect we found after setting up the couch. Now, according to Apt2B policy, the buyer is supposed to inspect the couch after it is delivered BEFORE the delivery people leave your home to ensure there aren't any issues with the furniture. We were not aware of this policy. We never received any information regarding this policy, and the delivery people did not inform us that we should do this before they left. The defect is small. It looks like the frame banged into something in transit, and the fabric is compromised. It's hard to see in the picture, and it is not a tear, but the thread is pulling and loose, making us concerned that in time, maybe a year or so of being used by our family of five, it will tear in a VERY noticeable place. We contacted the company immediately after seeing the defect, within a half hour of the delivery people leaving. Apt2B emailed us two days later to inform us of the policy and offered a $100 refund. We do not want a refund. We love the couch. We want it to last for years to come, so this response feels unsatisfactory. As I said, yes, this is a policy that is in place. We completely understand that, but for such an important policy for the buyer to be aware of, we are very disappointed that it was not more explicitly stated at some point in the buying process. I purchased both the Brentwood Apartment Size Sofa and Chair in Straw/Pecan. Couldn't be happier. Both are extremely well made, comfortable and durable. Highly recommend. I also recommend the white glove delivery. They did an excellent job.
