I was a bit worried about ordering this without sitting on the couch and trying it out, but it all worked out. Delivery and set up were easy and I Iove this couch- super comfy and fits well in the living room. Great in a smaller room.

I was a little concerned purchasing this sofa bed online without having ACTUALLY seen it, but I've loved it since day 1. It is very comfortable and durable. Delivery was fast and paying for the white glove delivery made the whole process easy peasy.

At first I thought this rugs would be too small it is just the right size. It is surprisingly cushy when I walk on it barefoot. I love this carpet and am thinking about getting others in the future.

We really like it It's very well made. The only thing is it had the wrong size nuts to put the legs on so I just went to the hardware store and bought the right size. My handyman said they gave us the wrong kit. But everything else was good.

I've had this couch for 2 months now and am very happy with it. I was very nervous about ordering a couch without being able to try it out in person but I was pleasantly surprised when it was delivered. There are a few things I wish I realized before ordering as well, listing the good and (only slightly) bad below... - Delivery came within 1 month of ordering - The delivery crew was very nice and helpful - The couch itself is beautiful, the velvet fabric is very soft. It does show marks of anything that lays on it (even my cat's paw prints) which is different from my last velvet couch. I'm a bit more careful of spills and my cat kneading on the couch. However, the CS team has been helpful in guiding me on how to clean the velvet as well. - The bottom cushions are pretty firm when you first get it, which I prefer because they have softened a bit since I've been using it. I think they'll level out to be a good support but also comfortable. The back cushions are very soft and comfy. - I have a sleeper sofa and got the memory foam mattress (which costs extra) - it is very firm and isn't very comfortable to me. I purchased a topper to help with this. I've had 1 guest sleep on the mattress itself and she said it was fine, but she does prefer a more firm mattress regularly. - Note the sleeper is slightly smaller than a full size mattress. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and the company!

This couch has definitely elevated my living room! It was a pain getting into my apartment since I ordered the “deep” version and it didn’t fit into the small NYC elevator but the white glove delivery guys went above and beyond to disassemble it so it could fit. Outside of that, the couch is comfy - but definitely need to be broken in more. The chaise cushion is the least comfortable so I’m making more of an effort to sit in it and break it in. I can tell that it’s sturdy enough to last many years which I am happy about. I went with Mountain Grey and Espresso feet and it looks timeless and will go with any space I move into. Happy with my purchase!

I am so happy with my purchase. It took me a while to make up my mind, but having the swatches ahead of time is a real game changer. It is extremely well-made and it arrived safely with no issues at all.

We floored-over a small, 2-story entryway to create a cozy upstairs space, then installed hardwood, and swapped out a fixed for an openable window. Rather than building in a window seat of some kind with shelving, we chose the Apt2B Scott reversible chaise and a floating shelf for the room. It's perfect. We can now enjoy this light, airy seating area, with good art, actual fresh air, and a view of trees and a mountain. Apt2B allowed us to catch a sale price in November, and only pick the fabric and build the sofa starting in March once our construction was complete. The sofa has the clean, streamlined look we wanted, a rich fabric, and a very comfortable feel. We also snagged 2 perfect pillows to complement our design.
