I love the look of this lamp. The first one I got stopped working after a few weeks. I notified customer service and a replacement was sent immediately. No problems now. I recommend the lamp and Apt 2B! This was the fourth item I've gotten here ( furniture and accessory pieces) and the first problem, which was handled perfectly. I will definitely order from here again!

This Lexington sofa is more stunning in person than it looks in photographs. The amazing attention to detail starts at the wood legs which are taller than I have seen on sofas in local stores and that makes all the difference. The sofa really appears to float.
The cushion height is higher than my last sofa and more firm---something I need as I get older. These cushions do not move when you get up and there is not constant fluffing that needs to be done.
I recently had to move the sofa to adjust the area rug and I did not realize the weight of these cushions. I believe the weight of these cushions is probably half the weight of the entire sofa.
Everything about this sofa is exactly as described. I have never bought a sofa without trying first but I also wanted a sofa from the USA and there were no local stores that could make that claim.
I am very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to order more items from Apt 2B.

After doing hours of research on competitors, I ended up going with this option given others’ reviews. Boy am I happy I did so. From the shipping communication to answering questions promptly, I have been more than impressed with Apt2B customer service. As for the couch itself it is massive but that means I never have to fight for a space with my family. I’ve received so many compliments already too.

Best customer service ever! Couch is beautiful and comfortable, a difficult combo to come by! My dogs 🐕 ❤ the couch too and it is stain resistant.

I absolutely love this bed!!!! It’s exactly what is described. The only thing that I didn’t like was waiting 12+ weeks to receive it and then issues with delivery... it was frustrating but nevertheless, beautiful bed.

I love this ottoman, my shorter legs make this a great addition my beautiful set of couches.
The shipping process in this was a bit painful but it is the time of Covid and I live in a rural area not easily serviced. I find no fault with Apt2b and will definitely do business with them again.

Very reasonable lead time and communication regarding delivery was near perfect. I've bought three times this year and really have nothing to complain about. Was hesitant to buy online before even trying the product, but the quality has been great each time! Highly recommend this sofa in velvet - it's sooo soft and comfy! :)
