This is the highest quality sofa we have ever owned. We just bought a very expensive sofa from Bassett and this little sofa to our spare room. Both sofas are incredibly well made but I think this one is even better! You guys make ver best furniture! I’m sure we will get another one. Thank you!

It's nice and comfortable, but sitting in the chaise is more comfortable. Seems like when I do the bottom of chaise pops up. I did send a note stating that I did not want the tufting where we sit, but that was not responded to or done. The color is gorgeous, it's soft. but I wish it was just a little firmer. I might have to buy something to get that done.

I love my new couch. I was a little worried about paying so much for an online couch without a test drive, but it was a good purchase! The pull out bed is easy to work and the mattress is very comfortable ( I got the premium one). The delivery guys were great. I didn't pay for the extra delivery services as it was going in the same room where it was delivered.

I can not recommend this sofa more. It is that rare product that looks and feels better than the pictures on line. It is beautiful, soft and cushiony and luxurious and sturdy. This sofa is high quality.

My Haden sofa was just delivered and I am very happy with it. The fabric is very nice, I got the gray color and it's a light, snowy gray and feels substantial. I am 5'3" and it fits me perfectly with great lower back support. The seat is firm yet soft and comfortable. Feels well made. I had to ask customer service a question and they were prompt and helpful. The delivery guys were also great!

because this loveseat is absolutely amazing! It fits nicely into my micro 1 bed condo, but is still big enough to lounge around. And it's comfortable! Seriously, if you're thinking about this I highly recommend getting one before they're all gone.

This is just one part of the sectional we purchased in late 2021. We ordered the free swatches and it helped a lot to decide what texture and color was right for us.
We love our couch. All our visitors feel comfortable and the fabric has held up nicely. Occasionally my kids won't sit on it because they might fall asleep during their shows. It's that comfortable. One or two pillows are a little squished. Those are the pillows in the coveted spots. Overall I'm happy with our investment. We wanted a couch that would accommodate a growing family and not have to be replaced quickly. When the season changes from winter to spring I can smell a wonderful natural wood scent in my living room. We love our sectional.

I gave this couch a 5 star and labeled it the best because when I wrote a 1 star review, they wouldn't post it.
Within 1 week, the cushions were flat and disfigured. The performance material that we got is easily stainless, collects dog fur, and now the fabric is becoming worn and fluffy, probably from vacuuming.
We contacted apt2b 2 weeks after receiving it to see if we could get a refund or any exchange. They said no because it wasn't in like new condition. The only reason we wanted to return it is because it's not in like new condition after 1 week.
This place is a joke. Don't let the price fool you, it is low quality furniture, and they do not stand behind it for a reason. Also, it's extremely misleading to only allow 4 or 5 star reviews.
