We ordered a beautiful buffet for our dining room. It was very well put together, made of reclaimed wood, and very well packed. Once we unpacked this particular piece, the only assembly was to attach the hardware for the doors and drawers. There was one issue, though. When o opened one of the cupboards, one of the magnets that was meant to hold the door shut had broke. I snapped a few pictures, reached out to customer service, this was on a Sunday, mind you. And just a few hours later, I got a reply.... on a Sunday! Color me impressed! The person that replied was very eager to help. He asked that I snap just a couple more photos for reference, and that he would be in contact with the manufacturer for potential options. The next morning, I received a reply that the manufacturer would be able to replace the broken piece. He would then coordinate with the manufacturer and get me tracking information as soon as possible. He even offered to arrange for someone to come to my house to help make the repair. I respectfully declined, as I can do some basic maintenance, but was amazed that it was even offered. The very next day I was giving tracking information for the replacement piece. The piece arrived about a week later and they even threw in a couple extra replacements, just in case! This level of open communication and willingness to help has ensured that the next time I wish to purchase a nice piece of furniture like this, I will be coming back to this company!!!

I was actually surprised how much I like the media console. It is well made and attractive. Was surprised because I’ve ordered furniture online before and alway disappointment. Again this is a beautiful well made piece of furniture and will recommend this company to anyone.

I entered a sweepstakes and won a $1000 gift card. I really needed a new couch. I don’t have much money so I wasn’t sure if I could afford anything in my budget, but I was able to get this through there outlet. It’s wonderful. Very good quality. I wasn’t sure about the color but it looks very nice. In certain light it looks gray. I never thought I’d be able to afford a new “quality” couch. Thant you APT2B for having your sweepstakes.

We appreciated the quick delivery on fabric swatches, and it was very easy to submit our fabric selection once we decided (we bought the sofa first with the 'decide later' option). While our order was delayed slightly longer than expected, Apt2B was responsive about that as well. No problems with delivery and we are super happy with our purchase! In fact, we ordered a second couch for our basement just recently. Thank you!

We love the look of our new sectional and it seems sturdy. It’s a little on the form side but that may help it keep shape over the long run. Delivery and set up couldn’t have been easier.

Not too plush or too flat, and I love the pattern. Thrilled with this rug & hope it lasts a long time! Delivery was way faster than I expected and the rug goes perfectly with my dark green couch.

We had a good experience from ordering a ready-to-ship couch to its delivery. The only issue we had was the inability to nail down the delivery to the most convenient day during the scheduled delivery week, despite several calls to the service. However, we were able to make arrangements so that someone would be present on the assigned delivery day and time. We were appreciative of the call from the delivery team a half hour before arrival.

I searched for months for the perfect modern farmhouse table (that wasn't too farmhouse-y). I love the clean lines and the gorgeous neutral wood tone. It's a sturdy, high quality table and is much more affordable than others I was looking at...definitely worth the purchase!

I recently purchased the Santa Barbara platform bed (CA King) and dresser/night stand. The furniture is top notch, solid stuff. Glad for the white glove delivery, all of it is HEAVY!! Arrived and assembled without a mark or blemish and looks GREAT!! Couldnt be happier with the furniture or the folks that sell it.

Arrived exactly 6 weeks later, as told. It was easy to unwrap and add the legs myself. Looks great, comfortable couch.
