I love my sofa itself, which I got in the marigold velvet with a pecan base and the memory foam upgrade. It's really plush and vibrant and feels surprisingly big in the space even though I knew the measurements! Apt2B was able to ship it with the base separate so it could fit through my narrow doors. I haven't slept on the pullout myself but my guests have had no complaints so far. Be aware that my mattress came up maybe an inch short of the listed 72 inches so if you expect a lot of tall guests, maybe look for a longer sleeper. Unfortunately, the delivery itself has been a huge hassle. Though my sofa shipped slightly ahead of schedule, it was initially delivered with the wrong color base and I had to coordinate with customer service to get a replacement sent. I was not at all impressed with Apt2B's delivery partner in my area, especially as I paid extra for white glove service. For both deliveries, I scheduled my preferred delivery date only to be contacted at the last minute and informed they didn't have my items ready yet and would have to reschedule. After rescheduling, I was also given incorrect delivery dates both times which were never formally confirmed until the truck team called me with only 10-15 minutes notice. Luckily I'm currently working from home so was able to be flexible, but beware if you aren't able to schedule your week around delivery! For the second delivery, where the crew were meant to swap out the base of my sofa with the correct piece, they seemed confused on how to reattach the new base and I was too flustered by the surprise delivery to inspect it carefully, which is my own fault. Now there's a gap between the base and the sofa where it seems to be not fully screwed in and I'll have to try flipping it back over to see if I can fix it myself. TL;DR 5 stars for the couch, 1 star for the delivery process, be prepared to inspect your product carefully if you have the base shipped separately.

So far we've been very impressed with the quality and integrity of the couch (we have three young kiddos). It is firm, but comfortable to sit on. We plan on buying the ottoman to go with it so we can really lounge.

Purchased the Nora loveseat in Flamingo, for the ‘social videos area’ of my business and it looks amazing! I also requested that the legs come in a natural color so that I could then paint it mulberry.

Our Monroe sectional/sofa are by far the seats we’ve had as a family. In barely a few weeks we took delivery, we’ve received tons of compliments already. Need I say, they are the easiest to clean.

This was a seamless process from start to finish. Communication was fantastic, our order arrived several weeks ahead of schedule, and the whole glove service was top-notch. So happy with the quality of the couch, comfort of the sleeper mattress, and the overall aesthetic. Will definitely order from Apt2b again.

The customer service was great! The sectional is obviously high quality. I would buy from Apt2b again in a heartbeat. That said, I don't like the Harper. It feels shallower than it is because of the angle and height of the back cushions. Every time I sit on it I feel like it's yelling at me to sit up straight. Mine is non returnable so I'll try to sell it to someone with short legs and a long torso and get them hooked on Apt2b!

I love everything about my new sofa - the styling, the quality, the fabric and especially the color - Biloxi Blue. I get so many compliments about my new couch. It is firmly supportive to sit or lay on and yet it is very comfortable. I received excellent advice from the Apt2B staff. I was able to get fabric samples which helped me to make my decision. The delivery was excellent. The team arrived on time and carefully set up my new sofa. I am so grateful that I decided to purchase this product.

I shopped a LONG time before purchasing this apartment size sofa. I love it. Great size for 2 creatures: spouse, large fluffy dog etc. Sits tall. Robot vacuum can go under this. Not mushy. Feels solid. In ordered swatches as well and highly recommend that as well. I definitely recommend and look forward to future purchases. Delighted!

The bed turned out to be more beautiful in person, was very easy to install and seems very well built

My couches came exactly on time per the lead time on the website when I ordered. Quality seems amazing and they look great. My puppy got ahold of one of the cushions and customer support was so quick and helpful to get me a new cover ordered.
