White glove delivery was worth it. Great service and quick assembly! The piece is really sturdy and much more beautiful in person. The depth of the colors and the size was perfect for our space. We had another piece on order for a month at another shop, and finally just canceled it when we saw this. It arrived a week later! And spent way less! Really happy with this console.

I had to cancel another couch from a different company because they kept pushing back the delivery date numerous times and my patience wore thin. I stumbled upon apt 2b through another random search session and glad I did. This Jackson Sofa is miles above what I had initially ordered from the other company so it was a blessing. Seeing as how every piece is made to order in Los Angeles I was happy to invest in a quality made sofa that will last me many years. The ordering process was very easy and their customer service was extremely helpful. They were very responsive to emails and were able to change the color of the fabric to sapphire after initially ordering navy. The quality of the sofa is solid. The color is beautiful, especially when the morning light hits my living room. The tufting is also done quite well, unique in that it is only stitched without the buttons seen on chesterfields but that is what attracted me to it immediately. The downward curve of the sides that form the arm rests along with the slight decline of the back is quite lovely. It is a perfect combo of victorian and mid century. The pecan legs are a beautiful contrast to the sapphire blue as well. My sofa was delivered in exactly three and a half weeks, which was faster than the 4-6 week lead time initially quoted. The white glove service delivery was very efficient and took into account Covid precautions. Two guys in protective surgical masks and gloves were in and out of my apt in less than 10 min. Overall a solid experience.

After stressing months on out for a new couch, I’m glad I went in this direction! From the color, to the style and comfort I couldn’t be happier. The delivery service was also the best. Very communicative and made the delivery go by smoothly.

I was skeptical ordering from here but I’m obsessed! It’s not to hard not to soft and the pull out is soooo comfy surprisingly.

We took a very long time deciding on the sofa and the fabric (like months) and then even more time waiting until it was custom-made and sent to us. It was all worth the wait. This Peacock Velvet is to die for! So soft, luxurious, and premium. The cushions are plush and comfy. The entire construction of the Brentwood is solid. You can tell that lots of care went into this. Our family looks forward to enjoying this for many years to come.

I am always drawn to modern designs but often find the aesthetic too cold or streamlined for my cozy/comfortable sensibilities. This chair manages to look sleek, cool and architectural while also being cozy enough to curl up in with my kids... and our pets!
