The purchase experience: Purchased sofa on 12/2 then confirmed fabric selection with a product specialist on 12/10/20. Production estimate at this time was on the high side understandably with COVID and the holidays. "10-12 weeks plus about 7-14 days in transit." I ended up following up on the status of my order on 3/4/21 (week 12) and was told it would take another month. At this point in time the website was estimating 4-5 weeks for factory times which I found a little strange having already waited 12 weeks... Customer service was very polite and did understand my frustration and did end up upgrading shipping to "white glove" at no cost. The sofa finally shipped on 3/24/21 (104 days later). About 3 weeks delayed and I finally received my sofa on 4/13/21 (20 days to ship). All said and done this purchase took a little over 4 months to complete from start to finish. The product: However, customer support was right all along! IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT! The product itself is the star (5 star). The sofa is incredible and I couldn’t be happier with it and the great craftsmanship it took to build. It’s solid, comfortable and of course looks amazing. Even with 2 dogs that love furniture and stretching their legs out… so far it’s holding up. I hope it stands the test of time as I don’t ever want to have to replace it! Overall: Customers… If going through something similar, be patient! Apt2b… I think if someone had reached out and kept me informed about the timing along the way, I don’t think I would have been as frustrated (yet more understanding) with the delay. Even something as simple as adding notes to the order confirmation page in shopify would have helped, rather than me wondering if my order was forgotten or got lost during busy production times. I feel there’s an opportunity for improvement here as it would have made a huge difference to me. Cheers!

We couldn't be happier with this piece! It took forever to arrive but it was worth the wait. Rich yet warm cobalt, true to description and photo. We've slept great since the first night!

These chairs are a great fit with our new living room. They are exactly what we expected. Well made, true to color and size. I appreciated that (despite my efforts) our dogs have jumped on them a few times and got dirt on the light material and they wiped clean easily. One thing to note is they smelled strongly of paint or whatnot when they arrived and needed a few days of airing out. But no smell remained after that.

I had been looking in vein for a stylish sleeper sofa to go in the lounge/ family room of our lake house until I found the Harper Sofa. It's beautiful as well as comfortable - perfect for watching movies and hanging out. The spacious sleeper also means we have room for all of our family to stay. Love it!

Since I live in Virginia and Apt2b is in California I was concerned if my items would make it to me in good condition. Before ordering I read reviews from other Apt2b customers and based on those reviewed I threw caution to the wind and decided to furnish my new house with Apt2b furnishings. I ordered 2 Monroe sofas, 2 bedroom sets (Hollingsberry and Clifton) and dining chairs. When all my items arrived everything arrived in perfect condition. My favorite is my Hollingsberry bedroom set ; it looked nice online but seeing it in person far exceeded my expectation (exceptional- 5 stars). The 2 Monroe sofas in the color "sweet potato" are beautiful. This is definitely quality furniture at it's finest. I'm so glad I decided to order from Apt2b and will continue to do so in the future.

We found the perfect couch for our DC condo. The velvet feels great and the sleeper is perfect for our college age son.

We love this couch - it's so comfortable, fits perfectly in our space, and looked great when we got it... The only issue is the fabric: the fur gets interwoven with the crosshatched fabric and our cats' claws pull up the weave. We have to trim the loops they pull up and our gorgeous couch will never be the same. The description of the fabric says it's animal friendly, but I don't agree. Would totally recommend if you don't have animals/don't let them on the furniture.

Wanted a good looking couch that could stand up to 2 dogs and 2 kids, this is it. It has worn well, looks good, and its comfortable. Had to for a few months now and still think we made a great purchase on this one!

First time buying a sofa online sight unseen. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. Delivery process went very smooth and quick. Sofa is super comfortable and lightweight, making it easy to move around. Love the feel of the fabric, which is also quite durable against my large dog who likes to dig and nest.
