I love the color, the softness and the comfort . It’s very stylish and literally is the jewelry of my living room . My only complaint is the white glove service I paid 100 extra ... the legs were never tightened properly ...I had to tighten several times since delivery .

I was a little wary of splurging on this bed sight unseen, but I took a chance, and I’m so glad I did. The bed arrived today—about two months later than it should’ve—and it was worth the wait. The fabric is luxurious, the frame and padding solid and sturdy, and the style timeless. I’ve been going upstairs to sit and look at it periodically since it arrived. My dogs and cat have, too! BUT. The first bed arrived two months ago with the headboard and side and foot rails in two different fabrics and wood stains, only the headboard as it should’ve been. I had regular delivery, not white glove, and the delivery guys were really anxious to get out of here. In the winter-dim living room, I didn’t see the different colors at first through the packaging. No damage, so I signed; they left. I carried the parts to the bedroom and then noticed the (obvious) mistake. I contacted Apt2b’s customer service with photos of the pieces against the swatch showing clearly different colors (evergreen and peacock velvets). The company eventually made it right and agreed to make me a new bed for no additional charge plus a little compensation for my trouble, but, and here’s my only criticism, it took several emails and calls to customer service to achieve a solution, any solution. I don’t like to chase, and this definitely felt like a chase. I’d do it again because the bed is gorgeous and obviously well-made, but oof. I bought a Logan sectional sofa a few weeks ago that hasn’t arrived yet, and I’m really excited about it. Fingers crossed it’s in good shape (and all the same fabric!) when it gets here.

Just got the sofa yesterday and couldn’t be happier. Fits perfectly in our small office/library. We got the full size in sweet potato with pecan legs.

This sleeper sofa is not only a beautiful piece of furniture that looks and feels great as a couch but it is a very comfortable bed to sleep in. The quality of the fabric and workmanship is really top notch and I would highly recommend the memory foam mattress. The sofa is rather firm but I find it very comfortable to sit on or to take a quick nap on. All in all, a great purchase. My only complaint is that it took a month to get it after it left LA. Not sure if that was due to Covid or because I live across country but the wait was worth it. Luckily it arrived 3 days before my company came.

We are very happy with our new sofa. It is well made and very comfortable. The style is awesome, better than the picture. The process from the order to delivery was really easy and without any issues.

Nice piece. Well built, beautiful wood, great design, and delivered without a scratch. Shelves do not adjust. Compartment dimensions are smaller by several inches than overall media center dimensions, and receiver and components don’t fit. Check your equipment specs, then add several inches, and then check if it will fit. Still, I’m very happy with this media center…

Everything as promised. Color as anticipated, sleeper very comforatable, and appears very well made. We get lots of compliments.

I saw the piece of art that I bought in a magazine article interviewing Bitsy Tulloch and I loved it! The magazine had a direct link to all the decor featured and it couldn't have been easier. I ordered it on the spot and it arrived within 3 days. Very reasonably priced and looked exactly like in the magazine! Will definitely be shopping here again:-)

Bought this nightstand for my daughter’s first apartment that’s all grey and white. The pop of green is just what was needed . Well made. Easy to assemble. Arrived a bit damaged likely in transit and customer service was committed to satisfying us and they sure did! My son also bought his sleeper sofa sectional from here and it’s exactly what he was looking for his new apartment! Thank you!

This couch is amazing. We bought our first home a few months ago and decided it was time to splurge on a grown-up couch. Apt2B sent us fabric swatches right away (some other companies took weeks just to send swatches!) and followed-up via email to see if we needed anything. I was going for the darker navy swatches just because I thought it would be easier to maintain, but my husband fell in love with the Cobalt Velvet so we said screw it - let's go for bold. Living room is big with high ceilings, so we wanted a statement piece that was most importantly comfortable. We read a lot of reviews and decided to go with the Melrose 3 pc because it had a minimalist design while still being deep and comfortable (hello memory foam!). The lead time on the couch was also much faster than other companies we looked at (website said 3-5 weeks and came to us in 3 weeks). We got our couch a few months ago and could not be happier with our decision. Everyone that comes over comments on the color of the velvet, and how beautiful and comfortable the couch is. It's great for entertaining, and my husband and I usually fall asleep on it while watching a movie. Our 70lb black lab pup has really taken to the chaise part so I just use the Dyson handheld on it every few days and wipe it down with a damp microfiber cloth - good as new! I'm really surprised to find that velvet is such a hardy fabric. Yes, it takes a little more maintenance but for the look and feel of it, it's worth it. TL;DR: amazing couch, super comfortable, form and function, great customer service and fast shipping, and velvet is pet-friendly!
