I just received the Westley today, so while I can't predict how it will hold up, I can say that it feels VERY sturdy and like it will last a long time. It's definitely my favorite sofa I have ever owned (returned TWO from Maiden Home before finding this one!). The price point is fantastic (it feels like it could easily cost double), the slate grey is a gorgeous grey, the fabric is cozy, the firmness of the seats combined with the more plush back cushions are wonderful and supportive. It has good back support as well, without being too high. I also love the steel frame. I almost splurged on the Room & Board Cade sofa and I'm so glad I didn't. It would have cost more and taken months longer to get to me! The quick ship was amazing! I paid extra for white glove delivery and it was worth it, IMO. I hope this review helps someone on the fence because I usually pore over reviews but the Westley only had 1 review at the time of writing. However, don't hesitate if you're considering! This is the one!

I admit I was a little hesitant to order a couch that I'd never seen in person, nor sat on. However, after scouring the internet for customer reviews, I decided to order. I ordered my my Tuxedo sectional in Hacienda Velvet on 5/28/2021 with an estimated delivery time of 5 - 7 weeks. The order process: I received a shipping notification on 7/21/2021 and selected 7/30 as my delivery date, which would have been 9 weeks after ordering. A few days before delivery, I was told my delivery would be delayed as it hadn't reached the regional warehouse. I selected 8/6/2021 as my new date and the sofa was delivered on time. Honestly, due to the pandemic, I really expected much longer production and delivery times. So overall, I wasn't disappointed with 10 weeks being the total fulfillment time. The sofa: The fabric is beautiful, has been easy to clean, and the color is so vibrant! It really gives my home a designer look and feel. This couch is super comfortable! I can't tell you how many nights I've fallen asleep on it. Also, it's held up well so far in a 3 pet home. It vacuums easily and has been durable when my dog puts his paws on it or the cats walk or sleep on it. I only had two delivery issues: 1) The legs came in the wrong finish, and 2) the middle cushion seemed to be not quite wide enough, leaving a gap between the adjacent cushions. I filled out a form online and Apt2B immediately put in an order for new legs and 2 new cushions. I have received both as of the time of posting this review. Overall, I have been really pleased with my purchase and would definitely consider Apt2B for any future furniture purchases.

Love my new sofa - it fits perfectly in a small apartment and is well made. The sofa fits multiple people and is just the right amount of firmness and is quite comfortable! Customer service was also really helpful with all of my questions prior to my order. Thanks Apt2b!

The Monroe sectional has far exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and attractiveness. We had multiple guests over and it provided everyone with seating without being too crowded. It's a unique piece that makes a huge statement in our family room. I would definitely buy more from Apt 2B.

I live in a tiny studio apartment (225 sqft) and I’m actually using this sofa bed as my bed every night. I waited to give this review so I could have a good opinion on the comfort of the bed. It’s been a month and I can say it’s pretty comfy! Especially for a sofa bed. I have a bad back and I still have no complaints. I got this specific sofa because when it’s a bed, the back looks like a tufted headboard, so it looks nice both ways. The fabric is nice and durable (I have a 65lb dog that jumps on the furniture when she’s excited and not a thread out of place yet). The colors are as pictured. It’s also comfortable as a couch and I’m sure it’ll get even better once the cushions are more broken in. I’m so happy with my purchase. It’s worth the price and the wait. I ordered my couch at the beginning of July and it was delivered late August, so when it says 6-8 weeks, it’s true. But it’s well made and exceeded my expectations. I honestly love it.

Quality piece that was easy to put together.

Absolutely love the Melrose sofa I ordered (as well as bookcase and bedroom set). However I won’t order from Apt2B again until they find a new delivery partner than Metropolitan. It was months of delays, schedules, reschedules, and hassle to get my items. This was not a result of anything on Apt2B’s part, but PLEASE find a new delivery service to work with as I do enjoy the items very much.

I purchased this sofa for a client, and I love it so much that I want it for myself, but I won't fit. The delivery was timely and overall super happy. We have had the sofa in the house for 2 weeks.
