It takes a long time to ship, but it was worth it. Delivery was also super easy to arrange and receive.
The couch is super comfy, a huge hit with my family, and the pull-out mechanism for the mattress is very smooth and easy to operate.
I did originally receive the wrong mattress (ordered a memory foam, received a spring) but I contacted customer service and they arranged a replacement immediately at no cost.

It’s scary to buy a sofa. But my sister bought a love seat from Apt 2B and raved about it— stylish and comfortable, she said. So I took the leap. I cannot overstate how thrilled I am with this piece. It is so beautiful, so comfortable, and is such a statement that creates an area in my long living room. To be honest, I was not sure what the texture of the fabric would be— and it is a beautiful soft velvet that repels any food we have dribbled on it. Every guest we have had has spoke about it. And it is deeply comfortable. One of the best design decisions I have made.

I ordered 2 Logan Sofas and couldn't be happier! They are gorgeous, arrived on-time and are comfortable and sturdy. The entire experience was smooth and easy, from swatches to delivery!

I've been looking to replace my ten-year-old Ikea couch for over a year. I'm so happy I settled with Apt2b over their competitors -- Joybird (a friend got the Preston couch from there and it was nice, but I like this one better), West Elm, etc. etc. I did opt for the couch with tufted cushions for the same reason as the other buyer below, and just as they stated in their review, the buttons do sometimes snag on clothes. Despite this, I would buy this couch again and again. It fits my space so nicely and is one of the most comfortable pieces of furniture I've ever sat on, without sacrificing looks. :) The cushions are firm but bouncy if that helps, and the piece is solid. If you're considering this -- definitely go for it!!

I read positive reviews on Apt2Bs website, so thought I'd give it a try. I had searched both in person and online across many furniture stores; everything was too deep or too wide. These guys did not not disappoint: website is easy to navigate and the staff responded promptly to my questions. Descriptions of each piece are useful and dimensions easily available. Good videos on making sure you select something that fits. I needed a small loveseat/oversized chair to complete my bedroom-turned- den. The dimensions of this one are perfect. Delivery was smooth, I ordered mine with the base detached just to make sure there was plenty of room through the doorway. It arrived earlier than expected, moved in and base attached super fast. I am rarely pleased these days with purchase experiences, especially for items sight unseen. But this piece is truly very nice quality, exactly what I was hoping for.
