This sofa is comfortable, not to hard not to soft, just right. Also it looks great in my home. The delivery was a snap and the customer service impeccable. I mean it. Great company and great product. I had an issue and the customer service took care of it immediately.

This media stand is solidly built and a beautiful addition to our living room. It will last for years and years. My only complaint is the delivery process- it took about four months, and the delivery date was rescheduled twice.

this desk looks sharp! my daughter and i put it together ourselves. directions were easy to follow and all holes were in the right place. it's a sturdy piece of furniture and looks more expensive than it is!

When you buy a couch online, you take a risk not being able to try it first. This is quite a bit firmer than I'd like. Otherwise the quality is good and all the pieces were there. I was disappointed that there was some assembly.

First things first. I have an American Bulldog - and he's a bit slobbery. I also like wine - and spillage happens. So when I found myself in the market for a new sofa, not only did I want something chic and modern, but I required a fabric that was going to withstand the occasional mishap either by my dog or myself. I ordered a few fabric samples and put those little guys to the test! I rubbed them all over my dog, including his drooly face, to see how the fabric handled hair and other unpleasant furry friend gunk. I poured wine and coffee on them. I even smushed in some dirt from outside. Everything I threw at the samples cleaned up like nothing had ever happened. Now, I didn't let the stains sit for long, only about a minute. Just long enough for me to pretend I needed to run and get something quick to clean it up! I have no idea what kind of magic APT2B is practicing over there, but this fabric is truly something out of a fairy tale. So I purchased this sofa. It had a lead time of 5-7 weeks. And guess what? It was delivered in three weeks! I've now been living with my Delilah for almost a month and it has lived up to all my expectations. I do take precaution when my fur baby wants to lay on it and make sure his sherpa blanket is there, but there have been times that he's snuck up before I get the blanket on and I've still never had an issue with hair or his slobber not wiping off easily. So just do it. It's worth every penny and then some!

I ordered a Melrose 3pc Sectional and it was delivered as scheduled. I didn't see a worn spot on the back of the center section until after the delivery men left. I called APT2b and explained the situation. They asked that I take close up photos of the damage. Just a note that this was obviously caused by the couch rubbing against the side of the truck during transportation from the warehouse in LA. The fabric was worn through so much that metal was piercing through. After a day or so, I received an email that they would replace the ENTIRE sectional. I thought this was amazing Customer Service. They built the new sectional and shipped it ASAP. We could not be more satisfied with the product or the company's commitment to us. We love the couch! Well made and the stain protection actually works. I wouldn't hesitate to work with APT2b again in a heartbeat!
