I was so impressed with the ordering process, esp. the ability to get free fabric swatches. I ordered before I knew for sure which fabric, which was no big deal for Apt2B. After receiving the swatches, I let them know which fabric. They regularly communicated about the timing for this custom sofa, and we received it within the timeframe they gave us. And it looks beautiful in our small condo!

I bought it in Wine Velvet. It looks rich and makes my small apartment living room feel luxurious and happy. It is very comfortable (even my cat loves it). She hasn't try to scratch it yet, but I think that the tight woven velvet makes it very hard for her to dip her claws in. Beautiful piece of furniture. And the customer service is impeccable.

The couch is lovely. It is slightly shorter than I imagined it from the pictures, so make sure to measure it before buying it. Despite the low back it feels very comfortable. I requested the Sapphire color, which was not in the standard list, and highly recommend it: it is beautiful and vibrant. Also, shipping was perfect and right on time despite the holidays.

Great looking sofa and loveseat, definitely a bit stiff at first (as with most couches of this design) but has broken in nicely. Love the blue I chose, it really pops.

I was hesitant to buy a couch online without seeing it in person, but this couch exceeded my expectations! It’s beautiful, comfortable and arrived very quickly. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase.

It’s the softest, buttery smooth leather. Deep gorgeous color and modern shape. Also y’all, it smells so good. Why does a couch smell so good?! If it’s possible to literally LOVE a piece of furniture, then I literally love this couch. One of my fave features of a leather couch is no staining and easy to keep clean.

I didn't want my first piece of new furniture to be an ugly grey sectional. I ended up ordering from Apt2B because of the fabric selection - they were the only ones with a bright pink option and the performance velvet swatch was amazing. I considered this purchase for months. Most of my house is mid-century modern in style, but another reason I chose this design was because my house has narrow entrances and this one would fit through the doorways while other more modern sectionals would not. I was worried about ordering furniture without seeing it in person, but this is very sturdy and good quality. However, the nature of the design being up on legs does transfer a little movement if you have multiple people on the couch. It isn't wobbly or anything but you can feel them move. Also, I was trying to decide on buttons vs. no buttons, but since ordering it without buttons is a customization and made it non-returnable, I kept it as designed. Do I wish I got it without? Yeah. We catch the buttons when sitting and snuggling around sometimes. But I think I could just remove them all by hand without damaging the couch. Another reason I chose this model was because I wanted a deep seating width. The back cushions could use a little less stuffing, but when you remove them its plenty of width to sleep on comfortably as a bed. The chaise part is very wide, and the dimensions look a little off with the width of the chaise vs. the seating area of the rest of the sectional. It only took about half the estimated working time to ship! The delivery service is sort of annoying though, when they call to "schedule" your delivery, they can only give you the week it will be delivered. Then they call you the Friday before that week and give you a day with a four hour window in which it can be delivered. If that doesn't work for you, you typically have to go into the following week and again, they cannot give you a day or time until the Friday before. It also seemed like they didn't work weekends. But it was very well packed and set up was very easy. Screw on 8 legs, hook the two pieces together at one junction and thats it!

We love this couch!! The only drawback is that throw pillows tend to slip-slide around since it’s leather. It is more of an upright couch, so we put pillows behind our heads against a wall for extra comfort when watching movies. It is a beautiful color and the seats are bouncy and comfortable.

We love the color (the Chicago Blue!) and it's so comfy and surprisingly roomy. So glad we bought this!

The wooden legs are also a darker wooden color than pictured. Leather seems nice enough. Came quickly during shortages due to Covid.
