This is a handsome sofa and it has become the centerpiece of our living room, helping make it the center of the home. We really wanted an orange color at first, but they did not make one that was "pet safe", so we went with Green Apple instead as a second choice. Any worries about the color evaporated when it arrived, and we honestly cannot imagine it as any other color now. It looked and felt too firm while unpacking, but it turns out to be just the right amount of support, and the fabric has resisted the normal exploratory scratching of three cats so far, so we're pretty impressed. If I could change one thing, the back cushions tend to fall forward when jostled, but this is a minor concern. All in all, this is a sturdy, well-made piece of furniture, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

We received our custom made sofa in cobalt blue performance velvet (pet safe) in a timely manner. It is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. People asked me how we would trust ordering such a piece of furniture online but I can tell you I checked out every local furniture store and online store before we made the decision. It was based on the ability to design the sofa we wanted in the fabric we wanted and the great reviews and their BBB rating. The are located in CA so I knew they had to pass Proposition 65 and I wanted a sofa that was not toxic to the environment. Everyone who has visited our home comments on our beautiful, comfortable sofa! We are thrilled! So are our fur babies.

In September of 2020 we left our house of 30 years and moved to Minneapolis. We needed new couches/sectionals for two large areas. The Melrose 3 PC sectional matched a sample photo my husband gave me to see what he thought he wanted for the lower level sectional. The rest of the LL has his music studio (with kitchen)+ three more bedrooms. I looked forever to find this Melrose three piece sectional. That is in the big screen TV room and grandkids playroom. 14 months later I could not be happier. The sofa was on time and the delivery peeps were awesome. Stainmaster works great, especially when I am alerted to spills, and upholstery cleaner works, too. The biggest compliment is when friends of my daughter (35) wanted to know where I got it, because it is so comfortable. When people stay down there they often fall asleep watching TV. Did I mention our Golden and Lab? I probably should have gotten a darker color but instead I got a better vacuum. I love this sectional.

I was a little hesitant to purchase because there were no reviews when I placed my order, however, I am so glad I did! It's not easy to find a good quality leather sofa under 2k, but so far I am really happy with this one. I was also super stoked with how quickly it arrived. I was shopping around for quite some time before purchasing this one and it seemed like everywhere else sofas were 10-24 weeks out. The only minor complaint I have is the same as the other review, where the back cushions slide around a little bit, but I think installing a strip of velcro could be an easy solution. Overall would recommend!

This was my first experience with Apt2B, and it was really good. They kept me updated on the stage of production, and I felt like turnaround time was quite fast, given the huge delays for items ordered from anywhere around the world. Having something crafted right here in the U.S. was really nice. The sofa looked exactly as shown on the website and really feels like a solidly-built piece! My biggest problems were all with the regional warehouse that delivered the item, but I assume Apt2B has no control over that. We ordered the sleeper sofa with memory foam upgrade. I recognize that when you get a sleeper sofa, you're giving up some comfort on the 'sit-ability' aspect, and this sofa follows true to form in the fact it's REALLY firm to sit on. Not uncomfortable, exactly, but definitely not one that begs you to curl up on it with a book. There's no sinking-in whatsoever on the seat or tight back cushion. I'm hoping that with use it'll relax a little? In the meantime, it's truly a sharp piece of well-built furniture and looks great in the room. It's not our primary sofa, nor will it be our primary guest bed, so I'm happy with the quality we got for the price.

Couldn’t be happier with the Nora couch and the delivery service. We did the choose later for the fabric and receiving samples was quick. The couch arrived faster than their estimation. The Nora is a perfect couch for napping. It’s nice and deep, just be sure to measure door openings as it almost didn’t fit in our house!
