Great quality, looking forward to hours of lounging. There were some hiccups with delivery but all in the turn around was timely.

First I want to say I love the comfort and color of my sofa. The fabric is very soft to lay on & my cats haven't been using it as a scratching post (as they did with the last sofa I had). While there were a few bumps in the road I'm happy with the outcome. Customer Service & a couple of others came thru when help was needed. So if you have a problem, reach out and they will help. Looking forward to many years of snuggling up on this sofa. Thanks again to the crew at APT2B.

After hearing of supply chain stories, I did some research and stumbled across Apt 2B. I was moving into a new home and amazingly they had good-looking sectionals that were ready to ship. This piece is so comfy and inviting — highly recommend. It did come with some throw pillows I wasn’t in love with but that wasn’t a biggie. Also had some minor hiccups with the third party delivery service which isn’t on Apt 2B. Great experience and my friends love Cora. Big enough for a couple, visiting friend and a dog.

This couch exceeded my expectations! It’s extremely comfortable and has a beautiful color. I was nervous to buy a couch online but I’m so impressed with it.

Although I do try to cover the fabric from my kids and small dog, the fabric is incredibly soft and beautiful. Holding up well. My kids do jump across them but I discourage hard jumping ! I won’t let them eat on them but my husband spilled his coffee and all is well! Crumbs that fall off my two year old clean up well. Unfortunately my dog likes to hump the small cylinder shaped pillows so we have to keep them out of site- but they are beautiful! Couch arrived in time! At first we were worried the couch was shifting but it turned out the delivery guys just didn’t screw the legs on all the way. 2 apartment sized couches were the best fit for our small but long room. I would definitely recommend!

Our couch is a stunner! It’s beyond comfortable and a perfect statement piece for our home. We had a damaged piece first delivered to our home, but Apt2B replaced the entire sectional in record time. So happy with our couch!

The sofa we ordered totally exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s bigger, more cushiony, sturdy, and superbly well-made, more so than I was expecting. The sofa bed is very comfortable, as reported by my brother. The fabric of the sofa, Kelly green velvet, is also of a much higher quality than I was expecting. The only disappointing part of this experience was the “white glove delivery” we paid $100 extra for. The men who arrived with the sofa were extremely rude, at one point they refused to try bringing the sofa through the door of our apartment after I had asked them to try again (it was clear it would fit). One of the men argued with me and refused until my partner, who doesn’t even live in the apartment, asked him to try again and he finally did it. They got in but were grumbling the whole time that we weren’t helping them enough, AND they broke two legs off the side table in the living room for absolutely no reason. It was a very easy table to move. They reattached the legs with a drill but the table is wobbly now. It was probably the worst furniture delivery experience I’ve ever had. I had also communicated several times with the delivery service via phone and email a week in advance that the delivery needed to be made before a certain time and the delivery was still made three hours after the deadline.

Just got my new couch and love it! It’s incredibly comfortable, the cushions seem firm and like they will hold their form for years! It looks great and fits perfectly in my small nyc apartment
