Due to supply chain issues, we weren’t ultimately able to get the fabric we had originally selected. However, the customer service folks were really helpful throughout the whole process. Overall I was glad to support a company that makes its products in the US. There were a couple of odd things about the sofa- like a staple sticking straight out of an armrest and a pillow starting to unravel in one place after a few weeks. And the sofa would be perfect if the seat was just a couple inches deeper. All in all, though, good quality.

This couch is even more lovely in person. It’s super comfortable and everyone who comes into my apartment compliments it. It’s more than I wanted to spend on a couch but I don’t regret it. My only complaint is that it attracts lint like crazy and I find myself vacuuming it a few times a week. Even so, I love this couch.

We really loved these pillows and will likely order a few more. They match well to our couch, which is a Scott sectional (also from Apt2b) and they're comfortable for rest your head on, as well as for lumbar support.

Purchased a few years ago in . This chair is large, very comfortable, has stood up to many hours of use by adults and kids (who love to spin around in it) Gray velvet fabric has held up very well, spot cleans easily and looks like new still. Very good purchase

This couch is all I hoped for. The seat cushion is very firm but I suspect it will soften in time. Great attention to detail and the perfect size to fit through a narrow bedroom door. Quality materials throughout.

The Sofa is great. The material is as comfortable as I was hoping for. The only reason I am not giving five stars is that initially the locking mechanism did not work properly and I had to spend weeks working at that before it finally fit into place properly.

This sectional is the nicest piece of furniture I have ever bought. The buying process was so easy. I ordered multiple fabric swatches, corresponded with a very pleasant customer service rep (Dan) and chose fabric. The sectional was delivered as promised in about 7 weeks. It is very high quality. The cushions are firm, the fabric is durable, yet elegant and it is very comfortable. I could not be more pleased with this purchase.
