Although the item that I purchased was labeled as a slightly-damaged item at a considerable discount, I actually received a first-quality item. (THANK YOU, Apt2B, for the upgrade!) The chair was hand-delivered in a timely fashion, well-protected with padding. The chair is very comfy, and it swivels readily. Everything about the chair is as-advertised and is perfect.

This is a great piece - adds a lot of storage while super modern and beautiful. We have it behind our sofa and it gave instant style to the room. Delivered a full day early! We didn't pay the extra delivery service, but the only thing that you have to install is the legs, so it's pretty easy. It's a heavy piece though, so pay the extra if it is going up or down stairs! Love this piece and very happy with the whole process.

This bookcase is perfect for my bedroom, it looks pretty and does hold a good number of books. Barely uses any space because it is vertical. Good quality, solid, but easy to move if necessary.

Really like this couch. Bouncy, supportive - you can tell it was well made. Only thing is I wish it was a little bit deeper, the back cushions are really fluffy so it makes it so there isn't so much space to sit.
