I am very satisfied with my Embry chair and sofa. They are quite firm, but I prefer little sagging., so this works for me. I lean toward the Art Deco style. The cushions are not removable. So it keeps the look of neat and tidy clean lines . No droopy cushions. A bonus in my home, my dog can't hide her treats between cushions!! So far the fabric seems durable. Definitely for those that don't care for the well worn look.
The quality matches the price.

When ordering The Normandie 2pc Leather Sectional, you hope that everything goes as planned throughout the entire process so that there is no need to contact customer service. Alas, there was an issue with my order during delivery. However, after calling in once and then writing two emails and sending two photos to document the problem and APT2B getting in touch with the delivery service to substantiate my claim further, a new chaise was ordered for the right side. Today, less than an hour ago, it was delivered. The leather chaise in brown saddle leather is beautiful and comfortable to sit on. While it wasn’t without a glitch, I’m glad that I bought it here because, nowadays, quality customer service is the component that makes a company exceptional when something goes awry.

I've been sitting on getting one of these couches since 2020, my partner got the melrose full size w/ a chase & it was so comfy. That & the color selection for velvet rules! Got this in emerald myself (pic below)

The sofa is very sturdy and very heavy. It is much more firm than the matching 3 piece monroe sofa we have. The sofa seating is not cozy but the bed it's self is very comfortable.

It's a very attractive set of bedroom furniture. I was thinking that it was all natural jointed wood pieces joined together, but not really so. Uses standard metal brackets screwed to frame. Looks fantastic. Majestic.

I like it! Drawers seem s tad bit shallow inside, but it is beautiful. Glides are a little rough too, but maybe they'll get smoother over time. Sits tall and handsome in our room.

The entire process was seamless, from ordering samples to the the loveseat...we even changed our color after the order was placed and that was no problem. The loveseat is gorgeous, comfortable and perfect! Even our dogs love it!

Easy to assemble and very sturdy feeling. The wood feels high quality and it looks great! We spent a long time looking for a stylish stand that would accommodate a 65" tv, and this one fits the bill. There's only one pre-cut hole in the back for cable pass-through but that's not a dealbreaker for us. The ability to display or hide the shelving is a nice feature.
