  I order this product because it said the manufacturer is Dell. It is not. It is a Chinese clone and is not new. One can find new Chinese clones for half this price. I‚?ôm happy to pay more to get the product I want. I wanted a refurbed Dell power supply and did not get it.

  It arrived and immediately failed in my RAID. I moved the good disk to the same slot and it continued to read as good. I moved the new drive to the slot where the good disk had been and it immediately failed. I will be returning the drive.

  Came promptly, however failed self test. Immediatly email support as directed in shiping instructions. No response. Next day called customer service. They said to send it back. asked for a replacement and they said no. Had to deal with two separate depts/persons. Very disfunctional. would not use again.

  Terrible service. I placed an urgent order for some hard drives, I agreed to $160 of shipping fees to get the drives in a couple of days. It was charged on my credit card. After three days of no activity, I called several times to eventually be told I had to fill in a form for orders to Canada with photo ID and fax it to them. I took care of it. After another two days of no activity I got a message stating that my order had been cancelled at my request. After an additional two calls, I was told that if I read the terms and conditions, I had to order for $1000 if I was in Canada. Why they allowed me to place the order when my country and the amount are clearly specified and then requested I fill in a form with photo ID was a total waste of time. Terrible customer service, I should‚?ôve been told this on the first call. They never reached out a single time to tell me there was a problem. Instead, I wasted two hours calling and sending forms by fax. They are clearly not on top of things, DONT ORDER HERE especially if it‚?ôs important. It took an additional three days for the charges to be released on my credit card. 10 days after my initial order, I received this email asking me to confirm that I had received the order.
