  I never received the phone! Got an email saying order was cancelled due to phone being out of stock. I should expect a refund. Which is fine because I dont need new phone anyway!   Parts missing I CANNOT use this video card. Requested an RMA number but did NOT get one. This video card I was sent does not work with my system. I am getting the following error when my computer starts. Your NVIDIA graphics card is not receiving sufficient power.   I said on the website that they had this router in stock. I also talked with a representative on chat and he got me setup with the tax exemption form. A few days later I got an email saying the order was canceled because the router wasn't in stock anymore.

  We had the absolute worst experience with ALLHDD.com they should actually change their name to NOHDD.com in fact we tried to order this product twice and had so many issue with trying to get this. I have called in multiple times to get updates and more details on this. Depending on the person I talked to I would get a different answer. They didn't have stock or drive failed their test, incorrect information on used product labeled as new. Also expected call backs, some said the same day or within 20 minutes to find the answer and never got a call back. When I escalated this to a supervisor they said none were available and they would call me back. Of course we never did get a call back and get this resolved. They ended up holding up the money on our credit card even though we canceled but they never submitted the cancelation, so it was harder to purchase from somewhere else.

  Took 10 days after paying for 2 day shipping (expecting on day 5 with weekend) placed order 1:30pm ET on Friday 13th, after confirming instock and would ship THAT day if in by 2:30 ET. 5:30 received security check to keep but of us safe, my credit card and them not getting scammed... That's they only reason they are getting 2 stars. I replied on Tuesday the 17th again before 2:30 pm, saying I was displeased but understood partially for the security check. So now I'm expecting package on Thursday the 19th, because of 2 day air. Receive email after hours that my package had shipped, but was not given tracking details. Called on Friday to locate tracking info and they couldn't find them. Emailed Monday day 10 again for tracking detials no info. I don't realize the package has been delivered until 5pm when I receive allhdd.com delivery confirmation email with choices, yes I received my order (click here) or no I haven't (please wait 24-48 hours THEN contact allhdd.com. I'm not impressed. Only reason for getting 2nd star is the security check is a good safety measure, but should have been relayed on phone, that a check would be run and I should be expecting an order. checking card they billed me full price at 1:33, then $1 and $x.xx at 5:31 and 5:35, asking me to confirm how much has been charged even though they'd already billed me the full amount.

  I ordered three, and all three hard drives do not work with my computer. The pin configuration that prevent them from seating or being acknowledged by my computer. My hard drive works (empty slot between the pins), and the three I order do not (plastic tab between the pins).
