  HELLO,I placed the order Next Day Air at about 10:30 AM after being assured that the item would shipthat day as I needed it for a service call for my business the next day. It did not arrive on time and when I checked with them they said they'd check. A while later I received an email that it shipped that day, the day I needed it. Also they still charged me next day shipping even though it was actually 2 Day as far as I was concerned.In addition, the price for the item was quite high but they promised next day delivery which others didn't and I needed the part. Needless to say, I lost the money from service call cancellation plus paying next day shipping for a part I now had no use for. Also needless to say, that's the last time I purchase from them.

  The checkout says to put in a form if the billing / shipping address is different, but doesn't say where to send it. Looked on the form, there's an email address on the bottom, greyed out and in small print. Also, the first time I tried to check out, it said &quotService Unavailable.&quotOnly reason I'm still here is because this is the only place that can overnight the part we need for our client.
