  The price was high but you offered better shipping options.I needed it fastI ordered it UPS 2 day on the 7th and received it on the 13thThats not 2 day even though I paid for it.I needed it for a job and just by chance the job was put off a few days so It worked out but could have been very embarrassing for me.Also, regardless of several requests for tracking I received nothing. So I had no idea if it would ever show up.

  You had exactly what I needed, at a good price. The only thing I would improve would be when I'm picking shipping, give estimated arrival dates for each of the shipping methods. I know it says 3 business days, etc, but it would be much better for me if it says arriving 5-31-18. That's how &quotAmazon&quot does it, and it is very nice.

  The way some of the products are listed is a bit confusing. I found the same exact model number, but sometimes it would show 5-6 different prices with little to no discernible differences between the items, and what was discernible (e.g., ""New factory sealed"" versus ""New Bulk Pack"") wasn't clear what it meant. Having some explanatory details for things like that would be helpful. :)

  Nice site - there was a weird drop-down (in chrome) that was something about sending viewed products to my email if I entered my email address? Anyway it was odd and a little annoying. Took up way too much of the screen. Might be better as a sidebar. Other than that your site was easy to use and painless. I was a little confused by the different prices for different options of the xeon chip I bought. As far as I could tell you had like five different prices on two things - the retail version and the &quotbulk pack&quot version. But that's not a big deal either - your prices were still the best and your site was easy to search and find what I was looking for.
