  Got exactly what I ordered way faster than I expected. The last time I bought a replacement battery for a UPS I did so from a different vendor. It took weeks. AAA Security Depot had a pair of batteries here in just a few days. Outstanding. They're bookmarked for the next time I need one.

  After 2 emails indicating my order was received, was processed and was shipped (with a tracking number included), I received an email telling me my order was canceled since the item was out of stock. Surely with today’s technology keeping a website updated can’t be too hard. I can’t rate the product since I had to order it from another company. Very frustrating.

  Rating would have been higher had they informed the delivery information. Kept looking for it after the unusual pay verification was established. The item showed just up which was quicker then expected. They replaced the unit with an equivalent and note that it was an improved battery over the one I ordered. I installed it and, so far, it seems ok.

  Product was fine, delivery was fast. However no invoice was provided. I had to call the Security Depot 800 number twice to get an invoice sent. When it arrived, the invoice doesn't even have the name of the business on it. It could have been an invoice from McDonalds - or any other business for that matter.

  Ordered the NP7-12 to replace the battery in my home security system. Had replaced the previous battery about seven years ago. At that time I didn't realize that the connectors come in two sizes (F1 and F2) and mistakenly ordered the larger F2 and had to file them down to make the clips fit on. So this time I carefully ordered the NP7-12 with the smaller F1 connectors. What I received was the NP7-12T with the larger F2 connectors. So I once again had to get the file out. It works (hence the two stars) but having to file the connectors is a pain. Seems like it shouldn't be that difficult to provide exactly what is ordered. Will not order here again.
