Review collected by a third partyUpdate of rating from One Star to 2.5 Stars Service Manager visited followed by two professional installers that corrected the initial poor install. Overall the original installer’s lackadaisical approach to the job, reflects poorly on my experience. One Star Rating The unit was placed behind a sprinkler head, un attached to a plastic box. Wind, or one of our pets can knock this unit over. The installer informed me that underneath the top of the plastic box unit is styrofoam. I expect to have the unit properly installed

Review collected by a third partyEric was very helpful providing and explaining answers for my interest in installing a portable invertor generator to supply basic electric service for refrigerator, kitchen, computer, lights, electric outlets during a power outage. I do not need running AC during power outage, as I have fans to provide basic relief while power is out.

We had full confidence in his advice and ability to complete the work from the get go. After the repair and service to our AC, he helped us come up with a plan (complete with quotes) on how to continue with repairs and updates to our aging HVAC system going forward without trying to sell us a bunch of extraneous nonsense. We will absolutely be using A1 again in the near future!

Review collected by a third partyI originally gave a 1 star because of bad customer service and the company not following up. A1 Plus Electrical immediately reached out to me to find out what was going on and completely took ownership of dropping the ball. They ended up going the extra mile by not only bettering their original quote but took care of it as soon as a spot opened on the schedule. Once installed, their company followed up within an hour to make sure I was completely happy and satisfied with their work and addressing of the issue. I must say this has helped their reputation with me to a point that I feel comfortable to recommend them. Every company should be allowed to take care of any issues. If it becomes an ongoing issue then that is where the problem is, but with A1 Plus Electrical addressing my concerns and issues immediately has definitely put them back in good standing with me.
