Eric was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely patience with me and my lack of knowledge. I will definitely be using A1 and requesting Eric as my tech.

I received excellent customer service when I called and my technician was honest and helpful about everything. He came in a timely manner and the work was great. This is a great company I promise you won’t be disappointed. I’m sorry I didn’t tell you who my technician was, it was Jason!!!! Thank you Jason for being honest and helpful!!!! Great job!!!

Review collected by a third partyA1 Electric sent out Joey Ortiz to remove an old light fixture on the outside of my house and replace it with a new one that I had purchased. He was timely, professional, and pleasant. There were a couple of unexpected electrical difficulties that he solved quickly and creatively. I have used A1 ELECTRIC before and I will continue to do so in the future.

Review collected by a third partyReceived quote today to fix a small section of 2 ft under cabinet led lighting A1 installed 3 years ago. Understand its not under warranty, understand a cost is necessary but expecting them to work with me as its not an entire new install. Not the case. Light works when I put pressure on it or tap it. Also asked to run speaker wire down outside soffit and received extremely high cost quote. About time to start using another company. This company is also known to be late to scheduled appointments. This happens often in the past but always over looked it with good pricing. Might be time to move on.
