It’s obvious he is well trained, knows what he’s doing, and has a great attitude. Overall the A1 service is very good, abit on the expensive side, but well worth the money.

Review collected by a third party8/5/25- Michael stopped by to do our water heater check and flush and even tested our water heater. Very thorough and provided us with options. Thank you 8/1/25 - Jose stop by today to look at our lights that were flickering and did at the wrong job of checking our wiring and making sure it was all safe. It turns out our LED lights are going out. He even took the time to check our panel and make sure everything looks good and that educated me on the surge protector. Thank you, Jose for doing an awesome job 7/31/25 - Stephen Cooper serviced our generator Today and explained things I had not understood correctly initially when it got installed. I truly appreciate that very much. In addition he is a whiz with computers and technology, and got it hooked up to the Internet with remote monitoring, etc. This is a very talented young man! Thank you very much! Noé Pedraza came by today to do a service on my air-conditioning and make sure everything‘s running properly. He did an awesome job and is very professional and even recommended some steps I can do to make sure my system lasts longer. 8/19/24- Ariel and Ruben came by today to install the generator and they did a superb job. I can’t tell where they dug or anything. They left everything spic and span and all I see is my beautiful new generator thank you guys so much. You guys are absolutely fantastic and thank you for taking care of everything. I don’t have to worry about a single thing, you guys rock !!!! Rodney came by today to provide us with a quote for a home generator. I highly recommend reaching out to Rodney and this company because they do a thorough job of explaining things and offering different solutions as well as taking the time to give you the quotes and explain how The whole process works. Very honest approached to business with very honest people. Now I have the tools that I need to make an educated decision. Thank you guys so much Rodney. They need to make 10 of you.!!!

Review collected by a third partyI had planned on getting a generator installed by them but needed HOA approval. I thought it was ridiculous my HOA was requiring copies of their plumbing and electrical licenses. I contacted them 3 times and they failed to provide them. That was a huge red flag! I am so glad this came up before I paid over 10k for an install.
