Review collected by a third partyI Called A1 to get a technician out for an A/C unit repair and got honest, quality service the same day. I was very impressed with the technician, Jason Hendrix. He was friendly and clear when diagnosing the problem and communicating his recommendations. Most importantly, he fully understood and empathized with my needs as a customer on a budget. Once he identified the problem, Jason got to work right away and was done in a timely manner. Overall, Jason quickly solved my problem, was friendly, honest, reasonable, and highly knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I will certainly use A1 again, and would recommend their services, especially the work of Jason Hendrix, to anyone needing HVAC assistance in the Houston Area.

Review collected by a third partyIf I could leave "No Stars" I would. I am located in Texas City, called on Monday for a "Visual Estimate" for Ducting. I was put on the schedule of 1pm-4pm window for Tuesday. Received text to confirm appointment, and I did. Tuesday @245pm I called to get status, was advised they would call to see where & how long it would be & would call me back with an ETA. 4;04PM, NO CALLBACK, NO ETA, NO SHOW NO CALL FROM TECHNICIAN. If you can not adhere to "your schedule", then why was I put on one?

Review collected by a third partyI was told that if the full house stand by generator was installed in that particular area close to the gas meter where we spent time talking, the cost would be $7,500 all in and running. Later, when the written estimate came, there was an additional $2,500 for electrical wiring. Lance, said that his quote was if it were on the other side of the house, which we never discussed.
