Review collected by a third partyWe had a technician arrive 10/10/24 to show him what needed to be done. The technician was respectful and seemed helpful. He checked his truck for the equipment and informed me that he didn’t have the stuff that he needed to get the installation done today. Completely understandable so a time is set for 8-10am on 10/11/2024. The technician knew that I would be a work and that my wife had an appointment at 11 am. The technician insured me that he would arrive around 8 and the work would be done before my wife left for her appointment. At 1049 on 10/11/2024, I get a voicemail at work saying that the technician made it to the location but no one was home. My wife left for her appointment at 1020 but left a note with her number to call if he showed up late. After calling and speaking to someone on the phone at this A1 Plus location, they agreed that the technician showed up late, Well outside the agreed upon window of 0800-1000 but that they cannot come out till Monday. Fortunately, I was able to easily find another company to come out and finish the job today. I called back to inform them I no longer needed their service and to get the proper address for this review. The lady on the phone gave me the location’s address and immediately hung up. I am not necessarily frustrated that he didn’t show up on time. I get things happen. I’m frustrated by the lack of communication and them trying to act like we are at fault for not being there. They clearly had my phone number and were able to call me to inform me we were not home. So they could have just as easily called and said they were running late. Especially since the technician knew my wife had to leave for an appointment at 11. It comes down to communication and if a company doesn’t take their customers time seriously enough to update them when you are going to be so late you miss the entire appointment window, then that company is not getting my money. I’m sure these guys do good work based on some of the reviews, but if they are not going to show up on time, and then act like we are the ones that caused this issue and not offering a suitable remedy, then I’m not going to be giving them my business.

Review collected by a third partyThanks for showing up on time and having a polite and courteous technician, but $3,300 to connect service cables to an ATS already in place and an already project approved paid permit, outrageously overpriced. I did not receive service from this company, just a quote, which was 4 times higher than others.
