Review collected by a third partyUpdate: Chris with A1 plus Electrical called to listen to my concerns. I told him my concerns and how I was treated and he actually listened and tried to make things right. He refunded me my money and was kind and made me feel like my concerns were actually listened to and not blown off. Thank you Chris. Tech was rude and wanted to know why we even called if we weren’t going to pay what he said the price was. Acting like it was a waste of his time very unprofessional. I was also told they would come out and a free quote and estimate, well that was not true got charged 250.00 for nothing but rudeness. The tech would not even step out of my house until he got paid. He told me what needed to be replaced, I have replaced the items he said well guess what it is still not working. So he was going to charge me another 500 bucks to do something that wasn't even going to work. I don't appreciate how I was talked to nor do I appreciate how he talked to my landlord. Very unprofessional.

The install was incredibly tidy and everyone I interacted with was very nice and polite. I'm absolutely going to use them again for my next planned electrical project.
