Review collected by a third partySkylar did a phenomenal and thorough job checking my systems and fixing problems I didn’t even know I had (yet). Thank you again! Saved us from freezing this winter Updated. This is the second time we have had Skyler by at the house to service our HVAC he was by a couple of days ago to diagnose our issue and saved us from what could have been potentially expensive if not dangerous situation. he was back today and spent over six hours fixing our system and performing some upgrades the builder should have taken care of hears ago. Thank you Skylar and thank you A1 for being so quick to respond and get out here to get us all sorted

Review collected by a third partyI have had a nuisance furnace issue for quite some time. Last winter, the HVAC servicer provided one non-HVAC explanation, but I was unable to "stress test" said theory before the season changed. I explained my dilemma to the A1 electrician (i.e., EB). He patiently listened, explained what he was going to do to troubleshoot, executed said troubleshooting, then documented his findings. Based on EB's professionalism, I am not armed with a credible report with which to approach the HVAC servicer for what should be a warranty repair. Oftentimes, good help is hard to find, but with A1 , I may have found a "cheat code".

I appreciated how he took the time to explain everything so that I could fully understand what the issue was and he made sure I was happy with the results before leaving. �� We will definitely call them out again the next time we have any electric issues!

Review collected by a third partyScheduled installation for Friday and Saturday, my off days. Showed up Friday and that's the last I saw of them. Job still is unfinished! Had to call TWICE today to get a supervisor call back! Their communication with customers is LACKING TO SAY THE LEAST!!! Their workmanship is YET to be determined!!! So far so good! Supervisor Billy extended both warranties for 2 Years for my inconvenience. The technician Stephon came out 12/13/24 to finalize the setup and he was very thorough in explaining it. 4 stars, almost made 5! They did make it right! The Generator started up Monday as scheduled for routine maintenance. I would refer A1 to my family and friends. They did a great job in the end!
