Review collected by a third partyThey Installed my generator on a surface that became unleveled over time. I contacted them about leveling the generator pad. It took me calling back twice after being told I would be contacted. I finally spoke with someone who tried to give an explanation. I questioned why it had become so uneven after a few years. I thought they would level at no cost, but they wanted to charge 600.00. They offered to level it for $550 for my trouble. I said okay and they told me they would call me to set up an appointment. It's been two weeks and I still haven't heard from them. I called another company who leveled it for $280. UPDATE: After leaving the review, the company reached out to apologize for their communication failure. They offered me some compensation as a way to try and make things right. I give them credit for recognizing the error and trying to make up for it. I changed the review from 1 star to 3 stars.

You could not find a more intelligent, informative and honest person than this guy (smile)! His knowledge in the field that he’s working was very impressive. He had a way of explaining things on a level that was border lining on simple, yet very informative. But what impressed me most was the way he addressed cleaning up the area when he finished working. I told him that I would address it, but he would not hear of it and immediately took the vacuum cleaner from my hands and finished up the area! Impressive!! First grade work, intelligent, and Humble. My hat’s off to him and the company.
