Review collected by a third partyI got my service panel, weather head, and meter upgraded from these guys and couldn’t be happier with their work. They worked fast, was affordable, and left my house feeling safer (and prettier) than when I first bought it. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication with invoices but I really appreciated that the office headquarters was very understanding and worked with me to find a middle ground. Would absolutely recommend these guys for anything you may need because they’re one of the few that have integrity and take pride in their work.

Review collected by a third partyHad an issue with a plug that was originally installed by A1 electric a few years ago. Larry came out and diagnosed the problem and ran a new wire from another area to address the issue. Would suggest they consider adding more clarity to their price sheet. Seems a little on the expensive side as well but very responsive and quick to address the issue at hand.

Review collected by a third partyRicardo came by and diagnosed the problem right away. He listed out our options without any pushy sales tactics. He even took the time to discuss other electrical issues that didn't pertain to the issue that day. The next day 2 technicians (can't remember names) came out and reppaced my electrical panel and installed a mechanical interlock (to hook a generator to the electrical pnael). They did a great job and worked as quickly as possible. We were without power for almost 5 hours, so avoid this kind of work during the summer if possible. The guys labeled the breakers and helped me figure which ones worked what.I recommend.

Review collected by a third partyHad rated them 5 stars 9 months ago bc the work done (replace breaker) was great, however I'm adjusting it down to 3 because of the barrage of phone calls and messages being left soliciting more work. Stop pestering your damn customers. I blocked one number already and today got called from another number. If I get one more unsolicited phone call I'm never using this company again and will file a harrassment complaint with the BBB, Yelp, and anywhere else.
